In and Around Bangalore: An Evening at Lalbagh

No introduction needed for Lalbagh in Bangalore.

It’s the lung space of a city of around 10 million people,

a botanical garden of 240 acres at the heart of Bangalore, the IT capital of India.

As there are enough information in the web, there is hardly anything to add from my side.

Let me share a few snaps taken on a beautiful evening at Lalbagh here…

  1. Like the diversity of shots, the tranquility of the water scenes, the richness of colour in the setting sun, the amazing architecture with it’s filigree embellishments. An interesting selection, Sreejith.

  2. Great series of photos Sreejith! The first one, magnificent especially with the bamboo backdrop. And then the colors of the 5th shot I also find mesmerizing… Great stuff. Wish you a beautiful and prosperous 2014.

    1. Thanks a lot Tina.

It’s a great place right in the middle of the city for photography, there is a lake, a hillock, a rose garden, a glass palace and a wide variety of trees and plants in this botanical garden.

      Have a nice day.

    1. Thanks a lot, Bama.
This city was a pensioners paradise a decade back, and still known as garden city. Now a days it’s exploding with population and concrete jungles.

I am going to miss this city anyway, as I am moving back to my native Kerala. From “garden city” to “God’s own country” 🙂
