  1. A great shot, Sreejith. I love how the little girl is hugging the bear, yet still has the heart to help another human being. The shadows on the ground give the photo a sombre touch, in my opinion.

Seeing the hunch-back lady, it remember seeing quite a few of them living in Singapore and Malaysia. Reminds me how some people in some parts of the world tend to fall ill to illnesses more often. In Melbourne, we rarely see such a sight. Thanks for sharing this part of your world with us 🙂

    1. I was sure about one thing, Mabel, that people around the world could easily relate to this image across cultures, as love and kindness are not bound by any kind of boundaries, right?

I really value your observations about this image and that’s the beauty about sharing our work here with all you wonderful people 🙂

Have a beautiful day ahead 🙂

      1. What wise words from you, Sreejith. Love and kindness are definitely not bounded by boundaries. If we have a heart and wish ourselves and others around us well, we will sure get a taste of these feelings 🙂

Thanks for the compliment, but I have to say I really value your view of your world through your photos. Hope you have a good weekend, make the most of it 🙂

    1. There is no topic for Wordless Wednesdays, Suyash.

You can publish any image which tells something on it’s own and no need of words.

I used to see posts with this title when I begun blogging last year, and thought it’s convenient too 🙂

      1. The book isn’t much to read, Brad Pit was okay…the images within the movie were deeply “moving”. Hope to see more of your photo creations 🙂

  2. I agree wholeheartedly with both Mabel’s and Sue’s comments above. Just the love between these two is so apparent, or maybe we’re reading into it. But there certainly is caring and respect!

    1. You said it, Emilio,

The little girl in this shot is my daughter and the old lady is her great aunt.

This is something she likes to do whenever she gets a chance 🙂

Sometimes, Kids does things in a more mature manner than adults does, right?

  3. One of the greatest sights I love to see is a child fully in love with a grandparent & elder. This photo is a perfect example of this feeling, it defines a love that is indescribable. Well done Sreejith.

    1. So true…

There is something that connects the grand parents and small kids.
Here my daughter just enjoys taking care of her grand aunty in whatever way she could.

Thank you so much for your insightful comments ….

  4. Good morning, Sreejith. The moment I saw your photo, the whole world seemed standing still. It was out-of-body kind of free and serene. It was a wonderful experience.
I have read your comments on other blogger’s page, and thought to myself I should visit your blog one day. I am glad I came.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I feel honored.

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words, Helen, it really means a lot to me…

Being at the cross roads of my career, a bit confused, words like this really lifts my morale 🙂

Feels so happy to be in touch with another wonderful human being in this forum, have a good day, Helen 🙂

  6. I like this shot amigo –
and I agree with Emilio – who agreed “wholeheartedly with both Mabel’s and Sue’s comments above” – lol
but the somber feel – but then not so much. The helping feel – and the matching colored outfits – pink and white -and the generational feel – and I think another reader noted the bear adds something – there is mixed tension here – and to end with another reader’s comment
    “heart warming”

    1. This image is one of the most ‘liked’ and ‘commented’ one in my blog…

The reason, almost everyone could relate to it, as we all are same in core, where ever we live on this planet, right?

The old person in this image is my grandmother’s sister and the kid is my daughter 🙂

When ever she gets a chance, my daughter loves spending time with the great granny and helps her while she moves around, they are the best friends.

I feel, old people need only one thing, our love and a little bit of our time…

This image helped me to get shortlisted in a photography competition and attend their award night.

So, something very special to me 🙂

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts here, Yvette, as always 🙂
