It is monsoon time here in Kerala, the land, blessed with stunning natural beauty. Where ever you look at, you could see thousands shades of green.
One more monsoon in the age of Covid, restricted movements and limited options to liberate yourselves.
When I got an opportunity to travel last week, I didn’t think twice and it was a much needed break indeed. Out in the wilderness, the feel was in-explainable, even with two layers of masking.

Absolutely fascinating images Sreejith. Ah the monsoon and its associated beauty! Loved the rain drops in the stigma of the flower, the caterpillars, the purple flower… all are so very beautiful and soothing to the eyes. Its good that you grabbed the opportunity of outing in these travel less days and explored the beauty around. Stay safe and enjoy the nature. 🙂

Stunning images, Sreejith. The macros are beautifully done. Lovely to hear you got away for a bit in these times. A much needed break is sometimes what you need to rest and recharge. It sounds like lots of rain during monsoon season, so take care over there. Here in Australia we are in winter. It’s cold but spring is approaching, and we are looking forward to warmer weather. I am doing great and passing through the busiest time of my life, but, the most enjoyable as well.
Working closely with the indigenous communities in the western ghat region of Kerala and developing experiential tourism programmes…
I am enjoying photography as and when I get a chance but hardly getting any time to post them here or even have a second look at them…
