It sure is. I don’t know about yours, but sometimes I think my daughter should have been a fish. She would go to the lake every day if she could, and getting her out of the water is never easy. 🙂

If you live near the water, learning to swim is a must, if they enjoy it, it’s even better. There aren’t many low-tech ways kids can, or want to have fun these days. Swimming is about as low-tech, and fun, as it gets.
